Wood Lake Meeting Center is designed for conducting business. Our recently expanded and remodeled space provides meeting rooms to accommodate your needs, large or small. Whether you are holding an offsite business meeting, conducting a training session, or hosting an educational workshop, we have the perfect space to fit your needs. We are here to help make your meetings efficient, productive, and easy – without distractions.
Wood Lake is managed by the Southeast Service Cooperative, a public, non-profit cooperative of over 80 public and private school districts, cities, counties, and other members dedicated to maximizing resources and increasing value through collaboration. Southeast Service Cooperative has been delivering innovative programs for administrators, educators, students, parents, and community members since 1976. SSC is located in the same building as Wood Lake Meeting Center and shares staff and resources.

Alicia Bredesen
Alicia has been providing world-class customer service to Wood Lake guests since June 2017. Blessed with a sharp eye for details and oodles of common sense, Alicia ensures all rental details are taken care of. She and her husband Chuck have two daughters and five grandchildren. Alicia thoroughly enjoys her work and shared that this is the "best job in the world!" She listed Wood Lake's comfortable, well-designed surroundings and up-to-date technology as her two of her favorite aspects of the meeting center.
